experiential art pieces (big kids 7-11)

We boldly used printmaking pigments and special materials to make the artwork reflect without light. We played music, and the children sang while creating totems. Without overthinking, making art based on feelings and personal experiences was a very enjoyable activity. The children thoroughly enjoyed this experimental class, and Jimmy and I are also contemplating how to ensure that children genuinely enjoy the process of creating art.
